Hackney Wraps

Join Textile Designer Emamoke Ukeleghe who will teach you a variety of techniques, such as lino, stencil and potato printing. By the end of the workshop you will be able to take home your own decorative head wrap.

Bring along a piece of bed linen or fabric (optional).

All wraps will be showcased at Adult learner's week closing event, Friday, May 20, from 11am to 6pm, demonstrating various wrapping techniques from cultures around the world.

This workshop is aimed for those aged 18 years and over. Children are welcome and there will be crèche workers on site!

Sunday, May 15: Workshop from 11am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch break
Friday, May 20: Exhibition and performances from 11am to 6pm
